Competition Format

• Riders will enter as a team of 4 riders.

• Competition will take place in 4 separate areas of the park:

  • Half-pipe

  • Jump Line

  • The Stage

  • Rails & Ledges

• Each team will have a 5-minute Jam Session in each area.

• Judges will give each team a group score for each competition area.

• Placings will be determined by the highest team scores in each area.

• An overall placing will be determined by adding each team’s area scores.

 

Judging Criteria

Each team's performance will be evaluated by three judges whose scores will be averaged.
Teams will be judged on the following criteria:

• Difficulty – Do tricks require a high level of technical ability? How risky is the trick?

• Creativity – Does each rider bring a unique style to the team? Are the tricks and lines original?

• Execution – How well are tricks performed?

• Team Cohesion – How well does the team work together? Do they demonstrate camaraderie?

Scores will be based on a total score of 100 points, with 25 points available for each category.

 

Competition Classes

• 11 years and under

• 12 – 15 years

• 16 years and over

• Teams may consist of men, women, or a combination.

 

Entry Fees

• $25 per team – 11 years and under class

• $50 per team – 12-15 year old class

• $80 per team - 16 and over class

Maximum Registration: 8 teams per class
