At Rooted Action Park, our Learn to Ride session is designed to give new riders a safe, encouraging place to start their journey. Every Saturday from 10am to noon, participants of ages 11 & under can bring a bike, board, or scooter and discover the joy of riding in a beginner-friendly environment.

We currently do not have formal instruction available. This session is a great time for young riders to build confidence, learn skills, and feel a sense of belonging.

Helmets are required for safety, and the $10 session fee helps us keep these opportunities accessible to the community. It’s more than learning to ride — it’s planting seeds of confidence, friendship, and growth that will last well beyond the ramps.
